AppLovin’s open and collaborative culture has also been recognized by AdAge’s Best Places to Work, Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures award and San Francisco Business Times’ Best Places to Work award for two consecutive years.
AppLovin prides itself on creating a supportive work environment for all employees, giving them the freedom to become leaders and mentors. This supportive environment led to the creation of FemLovin, an informal group of AppLovin employees that hosts professional and social events that celebrate female empowerment, career advancement, and workplace relationships. This often includes discussions with successful female founders who share their stories and achievements.
Additionally, AppLovin created the AppLovin Cares initiative in 2017 to help employees give back to communities and causes they feel most passionate about. Most recently, AppLovin employees helped the American Red Cross educate Oakland neighborhoods about fire safety and installed free smoke alarms.
